Both positions will be fixed-term of two years and supported by a US Department of Energy project entitled “Predictive and Adaptive Market-to-Market Coordination for Efficient Congestion Relief (PACER)” under the Wholesale Electricity Market Studies and Engagement (WEMSE) Program.
